Shipping policy

Our uniquely designed rings are made to order and ship free of charge to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., U.S. military addresses (AA, AE, and AP), and the following international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery from the order date is:

• United States: 7–15 business days.
• International destinations: 9–20 business days.

These estimates include 1–3 business days for production and handling. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. If a delivery issue occurs, please contact us so we can help resolve it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
